Healthy chocolate snack

I`m on a very restricted diet and got this recipe from my Dr. and I really like it. A little too much maybe. I doubled it and then quadrupled it.

1/4 C Cocoa pwder
1/4 C coconut oil (I use a tad bit less than what it says or its too oily)
1/4 C coconut sugar
optional - shredded coconut and nuts

Melt in pan - low heat, it melts very fast.
Pour on plate or cookie sheet covered with waxpaper and refrigerate for couple hours. Break into pieces.

This is a fun bread. Just think of the possibilities and conversation it could produce.





Ice Cream Bread! Anyone heard of this? Use any flavor of Ice Cream..just make sure it's not non-fat or low-fat.

2 cups Ice Cream
1-½ cup Self-Rising Flour

Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8×4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.
